The Watchdog is ideal to keep tracks on employees of concern, or any staff working on sensitive business  or personal information; it will monitor the emails they send (so you can see what they are saying to your customers or their friends), it will keep a log of the applications they are opening and closing, and take regular screen shots of their activity if you so choose.
